Not the same overly hot blackened rub found on the store shelves pretending to be a Jamaican Jerk Rub. Our "Thunderball" is almost as traditional as it could get. Anybody who has ever had some kick-ass jerk chicken will agree. No big amounts of heat. Just a well rounded jerk.
With allspice and nutmeg as a base, this seasoned blend is loaded full of our pepper blend, fresh thyme, cayenne, the fanciest of paprika, pink Himalayan salt, garlic, fresh ground ginger, parsley, and of course, that sweet sweet brown sugar.
